About the event

This is a 2 day weekend workshop designed to help women navigate menopause. This workshop is for women who have already gone through menopause and for those in perimenopause.

We have a range of activities and education for you included in this retreat. You’ll learn from our experts things like how to exercise safely during menopause, how to make sure you're feeding your body the right nutrients, how to keep your mind healthy during this time, and you’ll learn all about your pelvic floor. You’ll also be moving your body through yoga classes and strengthening classes. On top of that, there will also be a guided meditation on embracing change during this time and breathwork practices to help with stress relief. This workshop will give you the tools you need to navigate this time of change with confidence.
