IBD (Irritable Bowel Disease) including Crohn’s Disease; Ulcerative Colitis, is a debilitating condition that can lead to life-threatening side effects. Over 3 million Men and Women around the world are diagnosed each year and Radect has made it's mission to help navigate the challenges of living with a chronic illness through its Wellness Retreats and Classes. In a beautiful retreat setting, we will focus on Nutrition and Yoga/relaxation as a way for decreasing the symptoms of IBD. There will be times for educational sessions and support groups for encouragement each day. Along with spa services and outdoor activities to allow you to truly “get away”.

The staff at Radect includes yoga instructors, physical therapists, a dietician, a social worker, and a primary care provider who have put together a health focused retreat that offers everything you need to improve your life.
